Krzysztof Karbownik is an assistant professor at Emory University. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Warsaw School or Economics (Poland) and obtained his PhD in economics from Uppsala University (Sweden). His research focuses on family, health, labour and education economics, and the use of population level administrative data sources to inform public policy discussion. He is affiliated with CESifo (Germany), Centre for Economic Analysis (Poland), IZA (Germany), and NBER (USA).
